Description:Paul Chek’s Program Design – Choosing Reps, Sets, Loads, Tempo and Rest Periods will be presented by Donal Carr LIVE. This is a 1 day course and can also be studied by correspondence if you cannot make it to the live seminar. This Program Design (PGD) seminar will teach you how to design individualized exercise programs that will lead to optimal performance for all types of clients.
Program Design is intended for serious strength and conditioning specialists as well as rehabilitation specialists and is also a pre-requisite for CHEK Exercise Coach and for CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 2.
